The Tomball Memorial Athletic Training program has chosen to support mental health for our final service project of the school year! We will participate in the Move For It! Virtual 5K, which benefits To Write Love on Her Arms (TWLOHA). This non-profit organization is dedicated to providing hope and support for individuals struggling with depression, addiction, self-injury, and suicidal thoughts.

We’re running (or walking!) to remind our student-athletes and our community that hope is real and help is available!

So proud of our students for recognizing a need and taking initiative to make a difference 🤍 They organized a drive for feminine products for our female student-athletes, and thanks to their efforts, we were able to fully stock all locker rooms, with plenty left over to keep us going!

We’re always accepting donations, so if you’re able, please continue bringing items in to help us keep our girls confident and in action!

Service day done right 🤍 Our students showed up, gave back, and proved that service isn’t just what you do, it’s how you build community. From the food pantry to Meals on Wheels to the resale shop at NAM, they made an impact in every corner. Proud is an understatement 🐾
