The biggest complaint we hear from parents and coaches is arm pain in their players. So let’s do something about it!! December 9 we will be hosting a Numbers Camp from 9-Noon where we will cover proper warm up and recovery routines for arm care and we will be capturing pitching and hitting stats for each player using rapsodo/hit trax. Your player will leave with video of their swings and delivery with velos, spin rates and everything they need to see where they are in their development. The ElevateU warm up and recovery routines will help with the arm care of your player to reduce the chance of pain and injury.
