I am excited to announce that I have named Head MLB Strength & Conditioning Coach.

I want to make sure it is clear that after very supportive conversations with the , and , I will be able to retain my commitment to both and (). I will maintain my roles in each of these organizations, and Houston (Tomball) will still be our base in the off-seasons.

I’ve gone at length about why and how we love using sleds for linear speed/acceleration. I don’t want to do that here.

I was just loving the energy in the facility today watching these boys compete! It’s only the beginning of the off-season.
