Unfortunately tonight didn’t go so hot. Our practice and qualifying was combined and only had 20 minutes to try and get the best lap. During the session going into the corner the car would bounce really hard and just keep bouncing like a basketball up the track. We make a few adjustments with the shocks and made it a little better for the 2nd time we went out. We were able to qualify 11th out of 17 cars.
For the feature we started on the pole and got clear for the lead into 1. Unfortunately didn’t have nearly enough motor and quickly got passed and dropped back far. A caution would come out and I felt better being around cars more my speed. Unfortunately right away into turn 1 a car would break right infront of us, I slammed on the brakes and there was no brakes. Fortunately I was able to use him to slow down. It stayed green and I was having to pump the brakes going into every corner, towards the end of the race we started to get heavy brake fade and eventually went a lap down. We brought it home p12 and got some notes for fest. Unfortunately looks like we need to change the master cylinder and most of the brake pads that where newer due to using them all up.

Well car is loaded for tomorrow’s race at Madison International Speedway with the Midwest Dash Series! Fixed all of the damage from the last time we raced, installed a bigger fuel cell, put the dash motor in, and swapped all of the suspension within a handful of days.
I cannot thank Jeff, Brandon, Ben, Nick, and dad enough for all of the hard work over the last handful of days. Also thank you to AMCustom LLC for fixing the vinal!

8/8/2026 Recap:

We came into this week with a completey new setup and it worked! We qualified 1st by over 3 tenths which made us start 6th in the dash race.

Unfortunately during kids rides we had an electrical issue where the fans and fuel pump where not working. We got it all fixed and headed out for the dash race. We went from 6th to 3rd without any issues.

For the feature race we started 7th and very quickly made our way to 3rd. Unfortunately we got stuck behind a slower car and it took us awhile to get around them. We would get to 2nd without issues around 7 laps to go and we were 3.5 seconds behind the leader. Coming to the white flag we were only .5 but didn’t have enough to get him.

8/1/2026 Recap:

We came with a similar setup as last week and unloaded very well. We qualified 3rd, unfortunately only a few thousands off of the guy Infront of us, but still a mile off of fast time.

For the dash we started 4th and unfortunately a few laps in we got hit in the left rear bending the trailing arm slightly and knocking the toe out of the car. We ended up finishing 5th.

For the feature we started 11th. I thought we would go faster on the inside but unfortunately we got stuck behind and beside slower cars. On the last lap I was in 7th and I went to make a move on the 44, misjudged and wrecked him and another car. I take full responsibility for that last lap wreck and I apologize again. We would finish 6th but after tech they DQed 2 cars in the top 5 and we finished 4th! So after the feature we sit 3rd in points only 36 behind 1st!

For the trailer race we had the “Pink pony club” ride. I decided to start in the rear to not get destroyed right away and It proved to be the right decision. We took the green and everyone wrecked right away and we kept going. We smashed into some campers and boats. At the end of the race we were the only one left with a trailer as well! We eventually made the final 3 for voting by the fans, then the top 2. We then won by a landslide and got another win this season!

Thank you aunt Crystal and uncle Chris for the vehicle! I would also like to thank Paul and G for letting us use their boat!

7/25/2026 Recap:

We made a lot of changes this week and it showed, got 2nd in qualifying again and drove from 5th to the lead in the dash race. Unfortunately we got extremely tight with a few laps to go and lost the lead but settled for 2nd.

For the feature we started 11th and got to the front very quickly. We got to the lead coming to 2 laps to go but unfortunately the caution came out. On top of that they gave the guy in 2nd the lead. We decided to go to the outside on the choose cone so we lined up on the front row and we won!
