Weights are not necessary to build muscle. This is a controversial fact. What you need is progressive overload of the muscle. Bodyweight training utilizes the same principles as weight lifting. By using your body to create mechanical tension, you will receive tremendous results through strength gains. Tracking proper nutrition will ensure results, with the right bodyweight program. Muscular hypertrophy comes from overloading...the body doesn't care how, as long as your form is proper, and you are successfully progressing each week. I am beyond happy with how my bodyweight training has progressed, and I'm excited to share it with you! Bodyweight Mastery 2.0 is coming in September, and I want you there!
