Here at CFTY, we focus on developing the TEN basic measures of fitness: cardio-respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy by executing constantly varied functional movements at high intensity.

Join us at CFTY for this year’s open workouts! It’s not too late to register and see where your fitness level stacks up!

Every Friday for the next 3 weeks, our class workout will be the open workout! We have Friday night lights with food trucks, snacks and amazing energy!
