My weight loss journey has been an adventure of ups and downs. We sat down tonight and talked about what my goal was for 5ks. My goal was to double what I did last year. With that being said that number in 10 total. We figured it out I need to complete 4 more to hit my goal. With that, these dates have been decided. Patrick Waltenburg J.R.
