He was supposed to be part of the decision-making process from the beginning.
Prayer isn't just for the aftermath.

It's for the planning. Seek God first it's a lot easier to follow His guidance than recover from ignoring it.

On this episode of Living Not Existing I spent the afternoon painting in the park, and honestly, it was exactly what my soul needed.

One thing to know about me is I absolutely love painting. There’s something so peaceful about slowing down, creating, and simply being present.

I also love grounding, but because of my hip surgery, getting down in the grass wasn’t an option this time. So instead, I found a comfortable spot, set up my supplies, and enjoyed the beauty around me.

Every time I go painting, I create a vibe that feels like a little escape from the noise of everyday life.

Before you opened this app did you pray?

Before the emails...
Before the meetings...
Before the errands...
Before the deadlines...
Before solving everyone else's problems...
Before trying to figure it all out...

Did you seek God first?

So often, we jump straight into the tasks of the day, carrying the pressure to accomplish, fix, and manage everything on our own. But God never asked us to start our day without Him.

Before the plans, seek His presence.
Before the work, seek His wisdom.
Before the decisions, seek His direction.

This isn't about adding another task to your list, it's about putting first things first.

Seek God first, then move through your day with the peace, guidance, and strength that only He can give.

On this episode of Living, Not Existing… I got to try pottery for the first time, and I had an absolute blast!

There was something so relaxing about creating with my hands, slowing down, and honestly? I think I made some pretty amazing pieces.

One thing I’m learning on this journey is that fulfillment often shows up when we’re willing to try something new, get a little messy, and simply enjoy the experience.

Today, that looked like a library lock-in, a fresh change of scenery, and a chance to step away from the distractions of everyday life.

So if you’ve been feeling stuck, unmotivated, or distracted, maybe you don’t need to work harder.

To all my "perfect" people... Could you handle what you've given out?

The judgment.
The criticism.
The assumptions.
The public opinions.
The grace you refused to extend.
The mistakes you never let others live down.

It's easy to point fingers when you're standing outside of someone else's situation. It's much harder when life puts you in the very position you once judged.

Before you condemn someone else's journey, ask yourself: if the roles were reversed, would you want understanding or judgment?

God’s message has always been rooted in love, truth, grace, and redemption. You can stand on your convictions without attacking people.

You can disagree without dehumanizing. You can speak truth without forgetting compassion.

Too many people have been hurt by those who used God’s name as a weapon instead of reflecting His heart.

God calls us to love people and leave judgment in His hands.
