Sunday Nov 30th we wil be having an equipment sale from 10-2. Some items include:
Sonos speaker system

Rowers
Flooring

If you’re new to CrossFit or just starting with us at LifeSport, here are a few simple guidelines that keep classes safe, smooth, and fun:

1️⃣ Show up on time. Warm-ups matter and it’s more fun when we all start together.
2️⃣ Wait until everyone is done. Don’t rack your weights while others are still working. It keeps the floor safe and shows respect for those still working.
3️⃣ Clean your gear. Wipe it down and put it back where it belongs.
4️⃣ Cheer each other on. High-fives and encouragement make a huge difference!

CrossFit is about community as much as it is about fitness. Respect each other, work hard, and enjoy the process. That’s the LifeSport way.

Saturday’s women’s lifting class was seriously fun and full of good vibes. Huge thanks to for leading the way!

Beyond the fun, lifting weights is one of the best things women can do for long-term health. It helps maintain bone density, balance hormones, and improve insulin sensitivity. Research shows women who lift two to three times a week have up to a 20% lower risk of early death and 30% fewer falls and fractures later in life.

Muscle is medicine.

100 Classes for Lina! 💥

If you’ve ever been in a 6am class, you’ve probably seen her, cruising through a run like she’s out for a Sunday stroll, never looking out of breath. She’s always up for a Metroparks hike, and we found out she’s a killer baker after she brought some amazing treats to our Oak Openings adventure. She’s been showing up since day one with steady effort and focus, and at the rate she’s going, unassisted pullups are just a matter of time.

We’re so glad she’s part of our morning crew. Here’s to hundreds more classes (and maybe a few post-WOD pastries).
