This here. So day 2 was not as successful. I jumped on my game before going for water and finishing up mowing the grass. Burned out my daylight. I had a good night and got to play Destiny 2 with a life long time friend. But we did what we can each day. I still learned a new thing yesterday. I planned on not lifting because my legs and core were sore from leg day from day 1. Somethings I'd like to be clear on is your individual schedule. Me, i can only get workouts in very early morning or very late evenings. We are going to have days where we hit our marks and others that's not the case. Don't stress and best yourself up over. The only thing we can do is figure out what to do BETTER. BETTER in LIFE. I'm sure i thought of more to post that I've forgotten while typing. It'll come back to me. Have a good day.
