REGARDING BMI/HEIGHT HEIGHT CHARTS:
AS an expert in the fitness industry and 37 years in businesses and over 2,700 client's. I do skin fold measurements and found decades back that BMI is polite and not accurate. How much fat to lean body mass tell a different story. I found that people in the "Over Weight " category are obese based on fat %. Not height to weight and given a label of over weight or obese. Even a slender person in clothing can have a high fat % which is obvious when clothes are off. Body weight is inaccurate and a lazy medical industry approach....
LEAN TO FAT RATIO IS ACCURATE.....
