We MUST continue to break down the barriers that have historically divided us along these lines & work towards building an equitable society where everyone has access to opportunity & prosperity. I am proud to be from NW Ohio. This is where I was born & raised, right here in our district before running as Erika White Representative. My sister & I both graduated from Rogers HS and we were proud McTigue Tigers. My husband & I continue to work here, and you may even catch him leaving on a fire run as you drive past Station 4. We also raised our family here, and you may be greeted by my mom, who is affectionately known as "Sweet Pea." She is still actively helping to lead her local community block watch and riding the school bus as an aide. It has always felt like we are a part of something more significant because this community bands together. I’ve built a life here keeping promises to my friends, neighbors, and community.
