Attention all families, our Point Place Pirates football team is still excepting all kids ages 6/14 or grades 1st/8th based on the upcoming 2026/2027 school year. This is open to all kids no matter where they live or go to school. The Pirates are a $0 sign up program who works hard to provide a great learning environment with fundamental football training and most importantly a family environment. If you’re still looking for a team I hope you will consider us. We practice every Tuesday and Thursday from 5-30/7-30 until we go to 4 days a week on June 1st. We are still looking for anyone who wants to join our coaching staff, we do do background checks to make sure are kids are safe and protected. Point place sports would like to give a big thanks to Dan Phillips for cutting the grass at our football field. His company Upgrade Lawn and Landscape did an awesome job!!!!!

Hay, is there any grass cutting companies who could do us a huge favor, our football team has started and practice at the field next to Ottawa River school at Harried Kessler park Ottawa River, the city hasn’t cut the grass yet and it’s long, can anyone cut the green area at the park tomarrow before 5 when we practice

Attention all youth football teams, the Point Place Pirates have rebranded and have some uniforms and approximately 25/30 pares of youth shoulder pads to donate to a team that needs it. The uniforms consist of about 60 black practice jerseys different sizes, black football pants all different sizes, white football pants different sizes, thy and knee pads, about 100 girdles along with the pads and about 50/75 integrated girdles, all different sizes, the Shoulder Pads are older but safe and all different sizes. We were helped when we got started a couple of years ago and would like to do the same for someone else.
