The boys cross country competed in their first race of the season at Fremont in the Norm Bray Invitational. Top finishers for the Panthers were; freshman, Sammy Thornton, Sophomores Alex Rosenthal and Tyler Gibson, senior Nate Neitzel and junior Mason Swisher.

The team will be back on the course this coming Friday at BGSU at the Mel Brodt High School Invitational.

Congrats to Alex and Sammy for running the Oh/Mi 8k last night. Sammy finished in 51st, and 3rd in his age place with a time of 34:25. Alex finished in 94th, and 7th in my age place with a time of 38:31. 🙌🏽

Running camp registration closes Wednesday July 22nd at 8:00 p.m.. Be sure to sign up to guarantee yourself a shirt. We will allow walk-up registration the days of camp, but can't promise a shirt. See you in a few weeks.

Reminder: Hydration is very important and drinking water right before or after a run is not enough……you should be drinking water/heathy fluids through out the day. 💦🚰
