Good Morning Solmates🥹✨
I was having a moment of reflection this morning and realized I never shared such a special moment I experienced in San Antonio with the dancers at Èlevè Dance Lab 🥹

I was given the opportunity to create and teach, what I called a Sol Fusion class, where I combined yoga and dance. I wanted the girls to go from intentional structured movement allowing them to be mindful of the way their bodies felt physically and emotionally, to expressing it in their own improvised dance flow from whatever the last yoga pose was🥹✨ This form of dance therapy was something I was introduced to as a young dancer by Kerri Wilde of Wilde Dance…now with my own yoga twist🤭

It was such a beautiful moment to share! THANK YOU AGAIN LADIES! CANT WAIT FOR THE NEXT ONE 🤗
