We finished the season at the Scenic City World Series. The girls battled a lot of 18u college commit players. The fields were gorgeous and the girls fought hard all weekend getting knocked out in semi finals of the silver bracket. We had a great time team bonding and staying together in a gorgeous house. These girls and their families are absolutely amazing. I will be taking a pause on coaching to be in the stands and watch Kennedy play the game she loves and get a little more time to be all 3 of my daughters’ number one fan. The majority of these players have been with me for 5years, and I have learned more from them than I could have possibly ever taught them! Over the years I have been lucky enough to coach so many ( whether they are with me still or have moved on) talented, kind, amazing athletes and be blessed with some of the absolute best families. It’s been one heck of ride. Thanks to everyone that has supported me over the last 6 years, and a huge shout out to all of my assistant coaches, especially Steve and Nathan, who have been with me the last 4years. I wish nothing but the best of luck to every athlete I have ever coached and will always be rooting for them.
