💪 Hip Thrust Tutorial at Owens Gym!
Mastering the hip thrust machine today 🔥
This is one of the BEST exercises for building powerful glutes, stronger hamstrings, and a rock-solid core.
Quick Form Tips:
    •    Position the pad comfortably just below your hips
    •    Plant your feet shoulder-width, knees in line with toes
    •    Drive through your heels and thrust your hips straight up
    •    Squeeze your glutes hard at the top for 1-2 seconds
    •    Lower with control — don’t slam the weight!

Start with bodyweight or light resistance to nail the movement, then load it up. Your glutes will thank you later 🍑
