The lead and will be slow and gentle as we begin to awaken from our restful winters slumber, we will gently prepare cells of the body with some movement and breath, summoning our senses to the surface, preparing us, and our bodies for better receptivity of sound vibrational healing. As we bring the month of love to a close, encapsulating it with a new moon we are encouraged to remember that self love is the highest love one can offer, it ripples out, touching everything in our surroundings.

Graceland Yoga, Arizona edition. I arrived to see my parents built me a yoga hut to practice and share practice! This definitely calls for some live practice!! Today I practiced live on the Graceland yoga fb page, I think tomorrow I’ll practice live on my Yoga Instagram! I am 3 hours behind, catch me 5:30/ 6am tomorrow!! 8:30/9 eastern time.
