MMMmmmm. Good!

Ken and I ate at Sunshine Flavors, and it was so good! The portions are enormous, and we felt great after eating them, even the leftovers.

While the restaurant itself is a rather new addition to the Titusville dining scene, it has already garnered attention for bringing a taste of the islands to the Space Coast.

Ken and I could smell the flavors from the gas station across the street! Please click through to read more...

There is no official legal "ticket" for fishing on a boat near bank anglers, but boating too close violates the "Golden Rule" of Fishing and Boating Etiquette.

Give land-based anglers a wide berth. Ideally, keep at least 100 to 300 feet away to avoid crossing fishing lines or casting into their fishing zone.

Slow down to an idle when approaching or passing shore anglers. A large wake can snap lines, ruin a cast, and create dangerous safety hazards for those on foot.

Never maneuver your boat immediately downstream or in front of an angler who is already established at a spot, as this is widely frowned upon.

Noise travels easily over water. Keep loud music, talking, and excessive engine-revving to an absolute minimum so you don't spook the fish or disrupt others.

At the end of the day, we don't mind sharing the good spots, but many people just scare the damn fish away 😒.

After months of ownership, we finally took the maiden voyage on our brand-new LT10 from Custom Gheenoe.

The waters were a bit rough at the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, but the trip was so smooth.

Since we have multiple vessels, this one is for sale, and you can enjoy it as much as we do. We are located in Eustis, FL. Let us know if you are interested!

FWC launches “Cast for Cash” pilot program to study recreational fish releases. Click on the link in the comments below 👇to apply!

The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) is launching a new pilot research program that pays recreational anglers to help scientists collect valuable data on released reef fish.

The program, called “Cast for Cash: It Pays to Fish for Science,” invites private recreational anglers in the Tampa Bay region to record fishing trips using a temporary camera system installed on their boat. In exchange for providing this data, selected anglers can earn $250 per trip for up to six trips, or as much as $1,500 during a three month research period.

The project will help scientists better understand how many fish are caught and released during recreational fishing trips and evaluate whether onboard camera systems can provide accurate data for fisheries research.

How the program works

FWC will randomly select 16 private recreational anglers for each three-month research period between July 2026 and September 2027. Fishing trips will be recorded using a camera system FWC temporarily installs on the participant’s boat. Anglers will also communicate with FWC biologists, plan trips in advance and maintain records of released fish.

Participants must meet these requirements:

Hold a recreational fishing license with the State Reef Fish Angler designation.
Live in a household that is in possession of a boat.
Launch from the Tampa Bay region (Hernando, Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee or Sarasota counties).
Be 18 years or older and have no resource violations.
