September is heating up at La Cita Country Club, and we’ve packed the calendar with exciting events, dining options, and activities for everyone to enjoy!

Join us Thursday evenings at Quinn’s Bar & Restaurant for member favorites including Bingo Night, Trivia Night, and Karaoke/Open Mic, all from 5:30–7:00 PM. Reservations are recommended!

Looking to stay active? Take advantage of our Aquafit and Aqua Zumba classes, or relax weekends with poolside food and beverage service available Friday through Sunday.

Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a full schedule of weekly games, scrambles, and member events. There’s always something happening on the course.

Quinn’s is open to the public, making it the perfect place to gather with friends and family all month long.

Our course renovation is progressing very well, and we remain on track for our targeted October 1 completion. New greens, fairway enhancements, cart path improvements, and course-wide upgrades are all coming together to create an even better playing experience.

A Note from La Cita Golf & Country Club

We understand that some members of the youth golf community are disappointed that La Cita will not be hosting the youth golf program during the upcoming season, and we sincerely appreciate the many years of partnership and support.
The decision is simply a matter of safety and responsibility. La Cita is currently undergoing a complete golf course renovation. At this stage, the course is not ready for normal play and cannot be operated safely without appropriate supervision and controls. Continuing the youth program under these circumstances could expose the Club, the participants, and their families to unnecessary risk and liability.
This is a temporary decision—not a decision against youth golf.
As the renovation progresses and the course is ready to resume normal operations, La Cita management is very willing to sit down with the youth golf organization and discuss how we can continue our relationship and work together for future seasons.
We respectfully ask everyone to understand that this is an operational and safety decision, not a personal one. Negative social-media comments and public criticism do not help resolve the situation or benefit the young golfers we all want to support.
We value our relationship with the youth golf community and look forward to the opportunity to work together again when the course is ready.
Thank you for your understanding and patience as we complete this important renovation.
