It has been a little over a year since we have moved into our new space and what a blessing it has been. So many new faces, the members that have been with us since the beginning, the Mommy and Me Class, Personal Training, Olympic lifting and so much more! We are so grateful for the community!

Our 4th Annual in house competition called Family Feud is going to be October 3rd! We will have a full house and if you have been interested in stopping by I encourage you to come by that Saturday morning!

Meet the Owners!

Lot of new faces at the box the past couple months so we wanted to pop on and say hi! We are the owners of TVCF - Jacob & Shannon. Started the gym almost four year ago and have been so blessed to build the community we have! Both of us growing up in sports, we knew we wanted to create something that is a place where people can be the best version of themselves!
