Hello everyone! I have quite a few new followers on here, and I’m so grateful for it! With that being said I would like to reintroduce myself so everyone knows what I and The Pilates Effect is about!! The Pilates Effect has locations in Tishomingo, Ada, and Sulphur.

I have always had a passion to move my body, which started with sports in school. That turned into weight lifting in college. I have gotten several degrees and certifications in the process.

I have my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology, and my Masters Degree in Sports Administration. I am a NASM certified personal trainer as well as a NASM CES and YES. I also of course have my ASFA Pilates Instructor certification. I have such a passion for fitness, and want everyone else to be involved! I hope to see you all at a class soon.
