Join Beth on Tuesday, March 17 at 6:30p for a special Yin Yoga event to welcome the Spring Equinox.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that incorporates traditional principles, with poses held for long periods (typically three to five minutes or longer) to target the deep connective tissues of the body, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia. This practice encourages stillness and uses gravity to deepen the stretch, promoting flexibility, reducing stress, and improving the flow of energy.

{Yin is different from restorative yoga.}

Book in the events tab on the website or courses tab on the app. Class credits and memberships* apply. Drop in available as well.

*Members bringing a guest will be charged $12/guest.
