We have officially decided to fold the 2012 Tioga American Legion Baseball program for this season. We have struggled to get kids to come to practice and consistently haven't been able to have enough kids for games. It's a sad day for Tioga baseball but hopefully this is a "rebuilding" year and we can only go up from this season. Thanks to all the companies that have donated to make the field look 100% better than it did at the beginning of the year. Without your donations none of the desperately needed updates would have never happened. Thanks to the coaches who put in extra hours to "flip the field" and make the field look great. Thanks to the park board for the backing and support to allow the changes and updates be allowed and last but not least THANKS to the kids that consistently showed up for practice and games. We are sorry that we couldn't put an improved winning season together for you kids, especially the kids that aren't able to play next season. Hopefully with your commitment to the team and game, the younger players will see that and encourage them to play next season. A HUGE thank you to all. See you next season!!

Tonights game vs Stanley will be postponed due to weather. We will post the day and time for the make up game. Hopefully mother nature will be on our side one of these days.

Tonight's game vs Makoti has been postponed due to weather. The game will be will be made up TBA! Next game is in Tioga vs Stanley on Tuesday June 19 at 5:00pm.

The Tioga American Legion Post #139 baseball team headed out to Garrison today for a double header game. The first pitch of the 2012 baseball season for us is officially under way at 5:00 pm. Home opener is still scheduled for June 14th at the Tioga Legion Field at 5:00 pm against Makoti. Come check out the new look field and cheer on your 3012 Tioga American Legion Baseball team.

Cancelled practice tonight because we had 2 kids show up 10 minutes after 6 and then one at 7. Come on guys. We have to show up and be accountable to your other teammates. If you know you can't make it to practice or are going to be late, let Pat or David know. If you dont come to practice you are also wasting your teammates time too.

Foul poles set, flags flying atop the poles, fence lines w**d wacked, next thing up at the field is the new tin and then a home game to show off the "field flip".
