The clean is not something we rush 🏋️‍♀️ At RYPT, we teach athletes how to earn the movement by breaking it down step by step.

First, we teach the shrug pull so athletes understand how to hinge, stay grounded, and create power through the hips.

Then we add the high pull so they can learn how to get full extension, keep the bar close, and move fast💨

Then we teach the catch because creating force is only half of it. Athletes also need to learn how to accept and control force the right way.

When the pieces come together, the clean becomes more than just a lift. It becomes a tool for building stronger, faster, more explosive athletes!

🏀 ATHLETE SPOTLIGHT:

Some athletes are different. Not because of the awards, rankings, or recognition, but because of the work they’re willing to put in when nobody is watching.

We’re proud to highlight an Indiana Women’s Basketball commit, McDonald’s All-American, and New Jersey Gatorade Player of the Year.

Addy has trusted RYPT as part of her training journey, consistently showing up with a mindset focused on growth, competition, and getting better every day. The accolades speak for themselves, but what stands out most is her dedication to the process.

Athletes like Addy don’t just train to keep up, they train to separate themselves.

Thank you for being part of the RYPT family and allowing us to be a small part of your journey. We’re excited to watch what’s next at Indiana and beyond.
Keep working. Keep growing. Keep reaching your potential. 👊

Job NOT Finished! 🔒

She’s 1 year out from ACL reconstruction. She got cleared. But cleared doesn’t mean done.

After putting in the work at , she made the transition to — and this is where the real comeback begins.

Here’s what we’re focused on:

🔒 Hamstring strength — your ACL’s first line of defense. Weak hamstrings = higher re-injury risk.

🦵 Single leg strength — sport happens on one leg. Split squats eliminate the imbalance before it becomes a problem.

The goal isn’t just to get back. It’s to come back stronger than before.

Shoutout to for getting her to this point. Now let’s finish the job. 🤝

Wanted to give people a small glimpse into how we coach our athletes at RYPT 🎤🔥

Did a little talk over during our college warm up to explain the WHY behind what we’re doing.

The warm up is more than just getting loose.

It’s where we set the tone. It’s where energy gets built. It’s where communication starts. It’s where athletes learn how to move correctly before we ever get into speed, power, or strength work.

Every drill has purpose. Every rep has intent.

College group brought great energy for Day 2 😤💪

Day 3 is for the DOGS 🐶

After a full week of school, skill work, practices, games, and two days already at RYPT… Fridays hit different.

Trap Bar Deadlifts.
Power Sprints.
Competition.
Finishers.

This is where you find out who’s willing to push when they’re tired.

Our athletes are wrapping up Phase 3 strong and earning every rep along the way.

At RYPT, we don’t just train when we feel good.
We train to separate ourselves.

Instilling Fundamental Movement Patterns early MATTERS!
-
At just 8 years old, Elodie already demonstrates elite-level body control. The way she handles her own body weight, decelerates, changes direction, and re-accelerates is well beyond her years and that doesn’t happen by accident.
-
This is long-term athletic development done right:
• Strong movement literacy
• Balance, coordination, and control
• Strength before speed
• Quality reps before load
-
Her ability to own positions, stay stable, and move efficiently builds the foundation that protects athletes and unlocks performance later on.
-
What separates her even more?
Work ethic. Focus. Intent. Every rep matters to her and that’s rare at any age.
-
This is how you build athletes for the long run. Can’t wait to keep watching her grow and dominate on the soccer field. ⚽️

RYPT STANDARD

That’s what separates our athletes and it’s what separates our program from every other “gyms” in the area.

At RYPT, it’s not what you do… it’s how you do it. Every rep has a purpose. Every drill has a standard. We coach the details, we demand effort, and we teach athletes how to move the right way safely, powerfully, and confidently.

This crew attacked lateral speed, change of direction, and strength progressions with the focus we expect. No shortcuts. No wasted reps. Just athletes matching the standard and raising it.

Winter sign-ups are now live if you want a place that holds you accountable, pushes you, and helps you grow the right way…
Come train with purpose.
