Well, we’ve lost power at home since 1:00 PM, this afternoon. Thankfully, the gym still has power, so Marilen and I are just chillin’ out, watching some TV, and charging our electronics.

You love your family. They’re your reason why you work hard to provide for them, to go on fun vacations together, to enjoy spending time with them.

But… what you’ll be able to do with your family 10, 20, 30 or more years from now will largely be influenced by what you do today - getting regular exercise, eating healthy, caring for your mental health.

Looking good in the mirror is a good goal, but being present for your family for decades to come is what makes life worth living!
