Tinley Park’s first women-only mega gym! 💗

EveFit is more than a gym. It’s a place where women can come to work out, meet new people, feel supported, and take time for themselves.

From fitness classes and personal training to childcare, a café, and a space to relax, we want EveFit to be a place you actually want to spend time in.

Some days you come to push yourself. Some days you just need to get out of the house, clear your head, or have a little time for yourself. And some days you need a little extra encouragement.

Health is more than what you do in the gym. A healthy body matters, but so does a healthy mind. 🤍

When you feel mentally supported, grounded, and connected, you’re better able to show up as the mother, friend, partner, coworker, and woman you want to be.

That’s why EveFit is continuing to expand our mental health programs with small-group, in-person sessions right here on-site.

The Pursuit of Happiness with our mental health expert, Dema, is a weekly space designed to help women reconnect with themselves through guided activities, honest conversation, community, love, and support.

Come bond with other women, feel less alone, and learn how to create more peace, joy, and emotional freedom in your everyday life.
