This is a dynamic teacher training designed to help instructors confidently lead powerful, music-driven classes that combine yoga, strength training, mobility, sculpt sequencing, coaching, and class experience.

Training Format:
📍 Location: HIT + TheLab
📅 Tuesday Evenings starting in July
🕕 6:00 PM–8:30 PM
⏱ Total Training Hours: 20 Hours

Certification Includes:
✔ 20 hours of live instruction
✔ Sculpt methodology
✔ Sequencing + programming
✔ Cueing + coaching techniques
✔ Anatomy + modifications
✔ Music and energy building
✔ Practice teaching + feedback
✔ Final class assessment
