I concentrate on establishing a solid foundation in my horses to achieve balance, suppleness, coordination, and obedience. I implement ground work in my training to reinforce these skills for under saddle work. This technique works with all levels, from youngsters just getting started to seasoned horses who may be having trouble in a certain area. I focus on building a positive, confident relatio

nship between horse and rider through communication based on trust, mutual respect, and understanding. The horse is a highly willing creature who ultimately wants to please.
