NorthWest Dance Academy’s mission is to instill a love for dance, while building life skills along with it. NWDA teaches high quality dance training in a positive family friendly environment. Our goal is to give each individual dancer the tools they need to take dance as far as they dream to take it. We encourage technical proficiency while building self-esteem, cooperation, leadership skills and
most importantly having fun. We offer classes in Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Contemporary, Hip Hop and Acro/Tumbling from ages 3 and up. Our program offers dance for the recreational dancer, and an opportunity for those dancers who would like to compete as a pre-professional dancer. Our yearly session runs on a 10-month base, September-June which includes our Annual Recital. Dancers will need to purchase one costume per class they are enrolled in. The costume will be theirs to keep following the recital. Joining NWDA you are invited to join us in Parent-Watch-Week, various Monthly Workshops, Bring-A-Friend-Week, June Dairy Parade, and The Tillamook County Fair, as well other community events throughout the year.
