Time for concession sign up!! 🙂
Reminder if you have two kids… you need to sign up for 2 shifts…. 3 kids, then 3 shifts. 😉
If you choose not to sign up, or you sign up and don’t show up for your shift then your concession stand check will be cashed.
Please sign up by May 8th so I can then ask for extra volunteers if shifts are getting signed up for! Thank you!!

Parents/Guardians… I am putting in the kiddos tshirt orders by Wednesday. If you have not set something up with me to get your kids uniform then unfortunately they will only have their last name on the back of their tshirt, and it will not have the number. I have to get the order in this week, along with the baseball hats. So if you have not told me if you need one of those it will not get ordered either.
Ps: if your kid has their jersey, I already have their number written down! You don’t need to message me their jersey number.🙂

Coaches please reach out to your team and gather me a number if possible 🙂

Also let me know if your son has misplaced their hat, as it will be a $15 fee but then I will get it replaced for them!

If you did not make it to the pancake feed, please reach out to me to get something set up. This way I can get you your child’s uniform, and their fees paid.
Especially if you plan on putting your child’s number on any of the sportswear from the link.

Super cool dugout organizers being sold at the Legion during the pancake feed until 1pm.
Hold the kids helmet, bat, and water 🙂 and you can customize them.

Baseball and Softball apparel is ready for ordering for family and friends!!
It will close down on April 17th!
Kids will all get a t-shirt already. So this is just extra stuff you want to order!! 💚💚
Ps: kids will know their jersey uniforms on Sunday, so if you want their number on your shirt just wait to order on Sunday.

So if you cannot make it during that time reach out to me please.
I have a tri-county baseball meeting to get to!

Remember***
Check #1: $50/child (this can be on the same check) this is your sign up fee)

Check #2: $50/ jersey
Example: you have two kids.. I need two different $50 checks, so if one kids jersey doesn’t get turned it, that ONE check will be cashed and the other will be shredded.
You have the option of doing one check but that $100 (for the two kids) will be cashed unless you get me a new check.
***TBALL AND 6U SBALL do NOT need a Jersey check! They keep those shirts!****

Check #3: $50/concession.
Example: you have 3 kids… I need three $50 checks. All three will be cashed unless you sign up for 3 concession stand shifts.
You have the option of doing one check…. BUT if you only sign up for 2/3 shifts that $150 check will be cashed unless you get me a new check.

Open gym is done for the pre-season 🙂 you guys/girls did awesome!! Thank you to our helpers that made this happen!

Coaches are going to be starting to contact the city and get practices figured out and going sometime in April 🙂 younger kiddos may not be starting right away as that can make for a long season. Older kiddos will be starting sooner.
Parents just getting out and playing catch is a big help until practices start up! 🙂

Coaches please make SportYou pages for your teams and add me in so I can post cancellations if needed 🙂

Don’t forget about the Pancake Feed on April 12th at legion from 9am-1pm to pay fees and pick up uniforms!!
