“Evening Melt - Yin Yoga for Deep Release”

As the day comes to a close, the body often holds onto more than we realize—tightness, stress, lingering thoughts. “Evening Melt” offers a quiet space to begin letting go!

Through slow, supported Yin postures and extended holds, we gently open the body while encouraging deep release in the connective tissues. Restorative elements are woven throughout, allowing you to soften into stillness, calm the nervous system, and transition out of “doing” into simply being.

This is not about pushing or stretching deeper— it’s about softening, releasing, and allowing the body to melt into rest.

Perfect if you’re feeling:
• tight or stiff
• mentally drained
• overwhelmed or restless
• in need of better sleep
