The slide is been around for a long time. Most of them you see are laterally side to side !!! Mine is a 🛑 so i can teach change of direction and for young athletes specially is very important!!! I been training Paige for over 4 years. One more year in high school then college basketball!!! Over the years I had lots of amazing kids who went to the school to play sports !!!
