From October through February, we’re running our full lineup of trainings for the 2026–2027 season, Level 1, Level 2, Course Manager, and a brand new Periodic Inspection course.

We’re excited to share that Synergo is hiring a Challenge Course Trainer to join our training team.

This role supports staff trainings across the U.S., working closely with clients to deliver thoughtful, ACCT-aligned programs. It’s a great fit for someone with solid challenge course experience who enjoys travel, collaboration, and helping others do their work safely and well.

Details at a glance:
• Seasonal, part-time or full-time
• Extended travel during peak season (March–July)
• $21.25–28.75/hour depending on experience
• Hybrid role with remote work and travel

Late winter is one of the few windows where repairs, maintenance, and upgrades can happen without pulling staff off programs or racing the calendar. It’s also when small fixes are easiest to schedule thoughtfully instead of reactively.
