Just prior to starting our business in march 2008, I found myself without a job and had a young family to take care of. Not knowing where to turn to, I asked God to lead me. It wasn't long that I met a gentleman who was selling wholesale, custom golf carts and I quickly found an interest in the business. I started to work with him on a part time basis, free of charge and quickly learned the basics
after only a few weeks. he eventually convinced me to open a retail location in a small, vacant store front. The store was roughly 300 square feet with a small shop in the back. It was just big enough to hold a few carts. At the time, I was still buying my cars wholesale from this gentleman and reselling them. As our clientele and business grew, we hired a mechanic to customize our own carts and to provide service. During this time we attended any local function that would allow us to set up and display carts and would loan our carts to support local functions and events just to get our name out in front of the public eye. As time continued, we outgrew our small shop and rented the adjacent 6000 square foot next to it. I remember we had so much space we almost didn't know what to do with it at the time. Going into third year, our business had again doubled and we were feeling the crunch for more space. I had a customer who owned a business and had told me that they were contemplating selling their building and as it turned out, we decided to buy it. Three months later, we moved into our new 11000 square foot facility with two acres of fenced in storage directly on a major thoroughfare on GA Hwy 82 in Tifton. Since then we have added on yet another 5000sq ft of showroom space and added two other retail locations in Valdosta and Tallahassee. We are now an authorized dealer for all three major golf car companies and Genuine Scooters. This has allowed us to become one of south Georgia/North Florida's largest supplier of golf car sales and service. we are planning on continuing to grow our business by serving our valued customers and providing honest and exceptional service. Without them, my family, and the guidance of our Lord and Savior, our small dream would have never been possible.
