This weekend, Mason Garno placed 1st at the Ohio 16U Freestyle State Tournament with a dominant performance.

Prior to winning state, Mason also qualified for Fargo Nationals — one of the toughest and most prestigious wrestling tournaments in the country.

Our hearts go out to the family, friends, teammates, and the entire Wooster community as they grieve the loss of Maddox Graser.

Catch Drew, Braydon, and Mason this weekend at the USA Wrestling Ohio State Duals, competing in Greco & Freestyle at Heidelberg University’s Frann Fieldhouse!

They’ll be competing with their local club teams and putting in work this offseason 💪🔥

Please join us in congratulating one of our own, Mason Garno, on an incredible achievement—becoming a 2x All-American at the NHSCA High School Nationals Wrestling Tournament!

Mason competed March 27–29, 2026, and earned an outstanding 4th place finish in the Sophomore 220-pound bracket.

Please join us in congratulating Blake Gibson, an 8th grader at Tiffin Middle School!

Blake qualified for the OAC Junior High State Tournament in February and competed this past weekend, finishing with an impressive 3–2 record—just shy of the placement round.

We’re incredibly proud of your hard work and determination, Blake!
We’re also excited to welcome you and the rest of the 8th grade wrestlers to the high school program next year.
