I'm opening registration for our Level 1 Pre-Training Course, starting May 30th. Six days across two weekends where we go deep into the method, the movement, and you will learn how to be an embodied teacher.

I’m so delighted to invite you into a year-long Qigong study. This isn’t just a class; it’s a journey into coherence, self-regulation, and deep belonging. We start with our first 7-week series: Building A Stable Foundation.

This GYROKINESIS® Essentials course explores the aspect of the spinal motions as related to the lumbar spine. It's perfect for beginner level students and for experienced people who enjoy deepening the work. The material also works beautifully as a warm-up for private sessions or group classes and will increase your understanding of the basic principles of the GYROTONIC® Method.

What to expect in this class:

I teach a "Setting Up the Structure" Qigong class. This way, like a farmer, the soil has been tended to. Our first 8 weeks, will have a primary focus on setting up a good structure so Qigong can take hold in each person in an individual way.

Greetings GYROTONIC® community,

I am reaching out and extending an invitation for NEW Trainers to work within my beautiful studio. Marin Gyrotonic has been operating for more than 20 years! This warm eco space has provided me a lovely sensation of natural light and airiness- My career as a Gyrotonic Instructor has given me way more than I can imagine and I am ready to have other Trainers join our team.

I work primarily in a collaborative way with Trainers as they build their own businesses. We sometimes share clients, however, my studio attracts people wanting to heal and go deep with their Trainer and practice in the Gyrotonic Method.

🔥 I have three Pulley Towers, a Gyrotoner, one Archway, one Jumping-Sliding Board and one Leg Extension Unit.

🌟 Studio rental is $35 per hour.
