Queen Twiggy is very proud to announce that she is pregnant! In her typical overachieving manner, she had triplets when we checked her at 15 days. Greystone Veterinary Service, P.A. Pinched two of them off (and left me a filly 😆). We checked her again on Monday and mini Twig is still there and has a heartbeat! We have a long way to go, but I’m praying all goes well and we get a mini Twig!

The baby daddy is the extremely handsome and well bred Contendro’s Prinz. I’m fine with a carbon copy of Twig, but he has all of the things I’d love to improve on her so maybe some of those with come through!

Phee is finally an event horse! It’s taken a few tries to rein in the ADD enough to get her to look at the jumps and not past them, but we got it done this past weekend in the Starter at War Horse. This horse makes me grin for ear to ear. Not only is she a homebred, but she’s the only one I foaled out myself. Loving this journey.
