I just wanted to let all of our gym family members know that one of our members has been seriously hurt at work. Our gym family member Ilene Kutz. This was posted on the UAW fb page. She is at Bronson Methodist Hospital, room E243. No one can visit her.....not even her family. She is traumatized, sad and all alone. If you would like to send her a card that would be great! Anything to take her mind off the nightmare she's in. Thank you everyone for all of your prayers and well wishes. Please no questions, just prayers and well wishes. Thank you!

After listening to the governor's speech this morning, it is with a very heavy heart to tell you we are still banned from opening until May 15th. We appreciate all our members working with us during this time. It's very much appreciated! Stay home and stay safe.

ATTENTION ALL GYM MEMBERS:

PER GOV. WHITMER ORDERS, we will be closing the gym at 3pm today and hopefully reopening it March 30th. . So sorry to all of our gym members. We will extend your membership to how ever long this last. We are very sorry about this.

(WXYZ) — Governor Gretchen Whitmer will shut down dine-in services at all bars and restaurants in Michigan amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

The executive order will go into effect at 3 p.m. Monday, March 16.

The order will close down restaurants, cafes, coffee houses, bars, taverns, brewpubs, distilleries, clubs, movie theaters, indoor and outdoor performance venues, gymnasiums, fitness centers, recreation centers, indoor sports facilities, indoor exercise facilities, exercise studios, spas and casinos.

Carryout and delivery services will still be available, along with window service, walk-up service or drive-up service.

Per the order, restaurants may allow five people inside at a time to pick up orders, as long as they stay six feet apart from each other.

The restrictions will remain in place until Monday, March 30.
