On Friday evening, I will lead slow flow. Saturday will be an awakening vinyasa flow. Sunday willl be restorative yoga.

Good morning, yogis! Class is ON today at 9 a.m. 🌿 We’ll be practicing in the gazebo at Cy Williams Park to stay dry in case the grass is damp from the rain.

Bring your mat or a towel, water, and an open heart. Let’s flow together with views of Maple Lake and the gentle sound of nature around us. ✨

After further consideration and checking updated information on the Air Quality Index related to the Canadian wildfires, I’ve decided it’s best to reschedule my June 7 class.

While I was really looking forward to practicing with you, your health and safety comes first. I’m hoping the air quality improves for my next session on Saturday June 21. Thank you for understanding.
