Teams for the 10th Battle on the Chain, Sunset grill will once again have the doors open at 5:30 for restrooms, coffee, and this year they are going to cook up a few breakfast croissant sandwiches that they will have for sale wrapped and ready to take on the boat. Help us support the folks that let us use such a great location for this event!! SEE YOU ALL SUNDAY!!!

Happy Spring everyone!

We are not able to get a permit for catch-hold-release of smallmouth for the Sugar Camp Flowage event because it is out of the harvest season.
Alternatively, we can:

A. Change the format to CPR (5 fish limit)
B. Change the lake to somewhere that would be a good largemouth only option. (Such as the Pickerel Lake out of St.German) making for a Pickerel/Pickerel weekend.

B would be my choice but I’m flexible. Let me know your thoughts/opinions in the comments.

Can’t wait to get fishing with you all!

2026 season payment schedule for subs will be $10 for the first time subbing $20 for 2nd time and remaining $20 to become a member if subbing a 3rd time.
Dues Remain at $50/person

2026 schedule (dropping worst 2) set as follows:

May 16 Pickerel (east, not north)
May 17 Sugar camp flowage
May 30 Kentuck (CPR on FishDonkey biggest 10)
June 21 Battle on the chain open tournament
June 27 Boom Lake
July 18 Manitowish Chain
Aug 8 Three Lakes Chain
Sep12/13 Championship weekend Presque Isl/Crab (2 events for points but combined for $$$ with added funds from club)

Alright, Gun season is winding down and lakes are freezing up!!! The hard water ice tournament is LIVE on FishDonkey!!! $20 covers all categories and the full ice season!!! December 6th-March 1st!! 6 categories, Prize money will be split among the winners and Scotties Bait and Tackle 3 Lakes WI will be adding in a $20 gift card to 2nd place in each category... If we get more than 30 entries we will pay top 2 and the gift card will go to 3rd... GET SIGNED UP!!! Last year was a ton of fun. Let's do it again!!!
