When you register, consider creating a team or joining an existing one! Teams can be anything: families, friends, run clubs, sports squads, local businesses or nonprofits.

It takes a small army of volunteers and sponsors to make the Turkey Day Dash possible.

We're recruiting businesses who would like to support our community-driven event through paid sponsorships, booth purchases and in-kind donations. The value goes beyond getting your logo in front of thousands of runners, walkers and families this fall. It includes having a stake in a beloved local tradition.

Excited to announce our first round of partners: The Five07, Acorn Newspapers, Athens Services, Ventura County Credit Union, Road Runner Sports, Cal Lutheran University, TOArts, Assemblymember Jacqui Irwin, Conejo Awards, Candu Graphics, Cappuccino Physical Therapy, Grocery Outlet Thousand Oaks and AMR/Gold Coast.

Don't forget: Families who register before Sept. 1 pay only $35 a person, which includes entry into both the Zack Zernik Mile and the Dash 5K, as well as our 100% cotton official race-day T-shirt and goody bag packed with coupons. Kids 3 and under are free.

Registration is now open for the 2026 Five07 Turkey Day Dash 🦃, set for Thanksgiving morning on the campus of Cal Lutheran University.

In addition to our regular early "bird" discount, the first 200 people who sign up using the code EARLYTD26 # will get an additional $10 OFF.

EXCITING NEWS!

With all bills paid and calculations done, we're excited to announce the 2025 Five07 Turkey Day Dash 🦃🦃🦃 raised over $81,000💰 for our three nonprofit benefactors: Hospice of the Conejo, Kiwanis Club of Thousand Oaks and Scouting America, Ventura County Council !!! These are funds that will go directly back into the community, helping these trusted organizations provide greater levels of support for young and old.

Our hearts 💖 are full of gratitude for all the runners, walkers, businesses, organizations and volunteers who made this incredible outcome possible. We already can't wait to see everyone on Nov. 26, 2026. Stay tuned to this page for updates!

More than a week has passed and we still can't believe how much fun we had at the 2025 Five07 Turkey Day Dash! Perfect weather + perfect vibes made for a perfect day at Cal Lutheran.

An incredible thank you to our sponsors, to our nonprofit partners (, and ), to our host , and most of all, to the more than 3,000 community members who came out Thanksgiving morning in the name of gratitude, good health and giving back.

We’re so grateful 🙏🏼 to have Adelyn and Emelia from National Honor Society of Oak Park High School volunteering their time to staff the Tree of Life 🎄 station this afternoon . The Tree of Life is decorated with star ornaments bearing the names of loved ones who have passed away. If you’d like to add a family member or friend’s name to the Tree of Life simply stop by the station in front of the elevator between Cheesecake Factory and Nordstrom and make a small donation. Open daily through Christmas Eve! 🎅🏻 Volunteers are primarily local HS students!

IMPORTANT: Every name written on the Tree of Life will be read aloud at our annual Reading of the Names ceremony on 6pm Thursday, Dec. 18 on the outdoor patio of the mall food court.
