Join us in congratulating Alannah, Warner, and Sam on competing in Diving Conference Championships on Wednesday August 6th!🤩

Alannah is such a brave go-getter! She represented Westwood in both the 10 & Under and 13 & Under diving categories — at 7 years old, she was the youngest competitor in 13U Diving but still placed 20th out of 25!!!🔥

Warner began the summer fearful of doing a front dive off of the diving board and has clearly grown into such a strong diver!💪 We are so proud of her bravery and growth!

Sam, as the oldest member of the dive team, has been such a leader and mentor to the new divers this year🩵 We appreciate his energy and leadership so much!

Join us in congratulating Allie, Ashley, Alannah, Rafaella, Giuliana, Brooke, Warner, Francesca, and Leo on their fantastic swims at Tuesday’s Conference Junior Trials 🐬✨

We showed out with 2 excellent relays and 15 great individual races! Every swimmer was able to hit some personal bests and we are so proud of everyone!

We want to highlight Allie for placing 17th out of 46 swimmers in the 8 & Under girls breaststroke race and qualifying as a 1st Alternate 💪

Great job to all 9 swimmers! Also check out our cool team T-shirts😎

All 3 swimmers hit their best times of the season today and we are so so proud of them✨ Special shout-out to Ashley and William for being our cheer squad👏📣

Snapshots from our 5th 🖐️ and final dual meet of the season😭 As usual, we have lots to be proud of such as:

⭐️Liam competed in his first ever meet! Go Liam!
⭐️Leo and Brooke competed in diving for the first time! Leo took 2nd place against 10 & under boys and Brooke took 5th place against 10 & under girls🌊
⭐️Juliet dropped 5 seconds in her 50 freestyle and 3 seconds in 50 backstroke
⭐️ Our 10 & Under Girls showed out in their backstroke races with Francesca dropping 5 seconds and Giuliana dropping 12 🧨

Can’t wait to celebrate everyone at tonight’s team dinner! Wish our Dolphins luck as we gear up for next week’s Conference Championships 🐬💪

😎 Warner’s first time competing in diving! (2nd video)
🏆 Joey took 1st place in his FIRST EVER breaststroke race
⚡️ Allie took 1st place in the Girl’s 8u breaststroke race
😃 Ryan took 1st in the Boy’s 10u breaststroke race
🌠 Nick is our FIRST triple winner of the season, taking 1st place in the Boy’s 12u free, back, and breast!!!
🍀 Our 8u boys — Wyatt, Leo, Joey, & Timmy — competed in their 1st first relay race together and won it!

Only one more meet to go before conferences🥹 we’ll see you all on Friday for our Invitational!

What an incredible 3rd meet of the season!!! Not only did we have some awesome swims but we had a blast with the Harrison team💙 huge thanks for letting us visit your beautiful pool, go down your water slides, and for sharing your ice pops with us🍦

We want to shine a spotlight on just a few of the accomplishments from today.
— Sisters Juliet & Ashley both competed in their first butterfly races today!!!🦋
— Ryan swam his personal best times in both his backstroke and breaststroke races! 37 seconds faster in backstroke and 56 seconds faster in breaststroke!🚀
—Giuliana beat her personal butterfly time by 12 seconds and Juliana beat her personal backstroke time by 10 seconds👯‍♀️
— Nick had his fastest swims of the season at this meet dropping 12 seconds in freestyle, 9 seconds in backstroke, and 18 seconds in breaststroke💪

Our swimmers have improved so much in just 3 weeks of practice 🏊‍♀️⭐️ go dolphins!!!
