Know your zones! Here are the five heart rate zones ♥️to guide exercise intensity:

ZONE 1: Very Light (50-60% of MHR)
The low-intensity zone. It’s usually for warming up or cooling down and feels very easy. You should be able to maintain a conversation comfortably.

ZONE 2: Light (60-70% of MHR)

The "fat-burning" zone 🔥, where your body uses fat as its primary energy source. It's still easy to talk, and it’s great for building aerobic endurance.

ZONE 3: Moderate (70-80% of MHR)

A moderate effort, where you start breathing 🫁harder and may feel your heart rate ♥️rise significantly. Helps improve cardiovascular fitness and endurance. It’s still possible to talk, but you'll be breathing more heavily.

ZONE 4: Hard (80-90% of MHR)

This is a high-intensity zone 🔥🔥where you're pushing hard. You’re starting to feel out of breath, and it’s hard to speak in full sentences. Excellent for building strength and increasing maximum performance.

ZONE 5: Maximum (90-100% of MHR)

💨👟😩Your maximum effort, where you work at your absolute limit. It’s hard to maintain for long periods and is typically used in short bursts for intense training, like sprints or HIIT workouts.
