It's been a long 9 months since we hit the court together as a team, but we're back! 1 team, just how we started things. It has kind of a nostalgic feel and more importantly I want to give my 2021 boys a final chance to run together before they're off to bigger and better things. I'm REALLY going to miss this group when they're gone, so I'm gonna soak in every last minute I can before the next chapter begins.

Our Lights Out Fall season came to an end tonight, with one last moment together before their High School seasons. Our boys had a tough time getting over the hump this season with 5 2nd Place finishes in 6 tournaments. Regardless of record, we are proud of these young men. A squad of passionate players and a great core in place. We can't wait to see what your High School seasons have in store for you. Good luck gentlemen. As frustrating as it has been this Fall having played in 4 tournaments and having had 4 2nd Place Finishes, these boys continue to grow week to week. Learning the hard lessons about how small moments and minor mistakes make the difference will help continue to fuel these young men. We had a good showing in yesterday's tournament, with good energy from the bench, all players contributing and playing both ways. Final game of the day was an impressive one as 49% of our scoring came beyond the arc as we shot 71% from deep, with 3 players knocking down 3 3-pointers each in that game. I think these young men will be primed and ready here in a few weeks to take the court for their home schools, but for now, we've got a few more weeks together.
