Last weekend, our competitors had an outstanding showing at the Colorado Kumite tournament, going 3-for-3!!!

All our students and instructors represented our school with skill, determination, and excellent sportsmanship throughout the event.

We are incredibly proud of all of our competitors for stepping onto the mat and putting their training to the test. Their hard work, perseverance, and dedication were on full display, and their achievements are a testament to the effort they put in every day.

Another electrifying sparring night on the mats!

Tonight, our students focused on developing key sparring skills, including proper line of engagement, distance, and timing, and applying concepts from Corrales SBN and Digital Dojang training. Every round was an opportunity to sharpen technique, improve decision-making, and build confidence under pressure.

Great work from everyone who stepped onto the floor and challenged themselves to grow. Keep training, keep learning, and keep pushing forward!
