Today, Kyle lived the mission of Empire Athletics by testifying at the Capitol on behalf of HB24-1080 requiring Federal background checks for all third party youth sports organizations. He did an incredible job explaining the importance of mandatory reporting with this small step towards regulating the safeguarding of children. We will continue to work on behalf of our athletes to create safe spaces for healthy growth in the sport we love!
