I hope this message finds you in good health. I am reaching out to update you on a change regarding our scheduled 2 Man Scramble event at Raceway Golf Course, initially set for June 8th.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we find it necessary to postpone the event to later in the season (date to be determined). This decision was made to ensure we can offer the best experience for everyone involved.

We deeply appreciate your ongoing support and participation. Our aim is to keep the quality of our events high, and we believe rescheduling will help achieve that. We will keep you informed of the new date as soon as possible and hope you can join us then.

The Burrillville High School Golf Team and the Burrillville Golf Booster club want to thank each and everyone of you that donated to our team. We are beyond grateful for all of your donations. This fundraiser has been so successful that it has opened up possibilities for our golf program and for our athletes that we had only dreamed about.

We will be posting photos of the team in their uniforms and their gear soon. We will also show you the technology we will be purchasing and the opportunities our players now have due to your generosity.

There is still time to donate today if you haven’t yet. After today it is closed.

Hello everyone. I hope you are looking forward to the two man scramble that will be here again this summer. For those of you who play and support our team each year we look forward to seeing you at the tournament.

For those who don’t play and would like to help out the program please donate to the current fundraiser we are running. Our programs is as big as it has ever been with 21 players, 16 boys and 5 girls. Please help cover the cost of uniforms, hats, bags, thermal jackets and tournament costs for this season.

We have some talent on the team and want to provide them ever opportunity to succeed.

Another BHS golf season comes to an end. We had a great group of student athletes who went out and improved each week. We didn’t have any seniors on the team so everyone here will be back next year competing to win the Northern Division. Great year Broncos!

Tomorrow’s 2 Man Scramble will be rain or shine. Weather looks to hold off till the afternoon as of right now. Should be able to sneak in the early morning round! Look forward to seeing everyone tomorrow.

Please join us for the Burrillville Golf Booster 2 Man Scramble tournament on May 20th, 2023 at 7:30am Shotgun start. Please sign up your teams on this google form. It's a ton of fun we hope to see you there!

What's included?
- 18 holes with a cart at the Raceway Golf Club
- Prime Rib meal at the Townsman Club after the tournament at around 1pm.

All proceeds go to the Burrillville High School Golf Team.

It has been a great winter for golf! As spring and the official golf season approaches the booster club has been busy getting the high school team prepared for a great season to come.

We have purchased new team bags, team branded accessories, signed the team up for multiple group lessons from a PGA professional, covered the expenses for outside tournaments such as the US Challange Cup and countless other minor contributions to Burrillville athletics as a whole.

How we are able to fund all this is from your support of our annual 2 Man Scramble Tournament. This years tournament will be held on SATURDAY MAY 20th at the Raceway golf club! It will be a 7:30 am shotgun. For all those who have participated in the past, can attest to how fun the format is and overall great day helping support Burrillvilles youth. As always we are constantly trying to improve this event and for this year we will be having a PRIME RIB DINNER at the townsman club following the round. Prices will remain the same as last year $125 for non members and $85 for Raceway members.

The field for the 3rd Annual 2-Man Scramble is FULL!! We are always amazed at the support we receive, your participation is greatly appreciated!!

Some details to remind everyone playing:

- Shotgun Start at 7:30am Raceway Golf Club & Restaurant
- Please arrive by 7:00am for registration
- Cash or Check. Checks can be made out to the “Burrillville Golf Booster”
-$125 for non raceway members $85 for members
- Coffee, donuts/muffins pre round, BBQ lunch and prizes to follow the round.
- Optional skins pool, $20 per team MUST BE CASH
- We will be doing a 50/50 putt challenge on the practice green. Be sure to look for the girls on the 1st hole

We look forward to seeing everyone Saturday July 23rd. If you are signed up and can not play please reach out to us asap so we can add a team from the waiting list!
