KNIGHTS FOOTBALL IS BACK!

The wait is almost over. The Knights kick off the 2026 season Friday night against Lamar County, and we need KNIGHT NATION to show up early, get loud, and PACK Matthews Field!

But this season opener is about more than football.

PLEASE BE IN YOUR SEAT BY 6:45 PM.

Before kickoff, we will recognize the incredible EMS personnel, firefighters, law enforcement officers, dispatchers, and first responders who serve and protect our community every single day.

And then comes something you do NOT want to miss…

LIFE FLIGHT will arrive at Matthews Field to deliver the GAME BALL!

We want the stadium FULL when our local heroes are honored and when that helicopter comes in. This is our chance as a community to give these men and women the recognition they deserve.

So don’t wait until kickoff to arrive.

GET THERE EARLY.
BE IN YOUR SEAT BY 6:45.
HONOR OUR HEROES.
