💃 What is SHiNE Dance Fitness?
A high-energy, follow-along dance fitness class set to fun, feel-good music.

💪🏻 What is UPLIFT Strength Fitness?
A full-body workout that combines strength moves with iconic music and sprinkles in some booty-shaking fun!

🏫 What does class look like?
We start with UPLIFT and finish with SHiNE to give you the benefits of both!

💰 How much does it cost?
$10 per class, cash or Venmo

👟 Do I need to be fit or know how to dance?
Nope! SHiNE and UPLIFT are for all fitness levels. Whether you’re a total beginner or a lifelong mover, you’ll feel right at home. Modifications are offered, and everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace.

🧘‍♀️ What if I have limitations?
You do you—We’ll meet you where you are. We offer low-impact options and variations throughout class.

👯‍♀️ Can kids come?
• Yes! All ages welcome
• Under 12 must attend with an adult
• Ages 12–17 need a parent or guardian signature on our one-time waiver

We had an amazing night with our dancers, family, and friends from Inspire Dance Academy!! They were all amazing, never gave up, and showed up to work out!!! 🖤🤍
